A)   General Cleaning for Lobby, Offices, Store Room:

1.    Clean and disinfect telephones

2.    Sweep, dust mop and wet mop hard surface areas with neutral disinfectant

3.    Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed

4.    Dust and wipe desks, chairs and office equipment

5.    Clean mirrors, glass table tops

6.    Clean all glass cases and display cabinets

7.    Vacuum all carpet areas

B)   Restrooms:

1.    Empty and clean trash receptacles, replacing liners

2.    Clean and polish washbasins, counters and all cabinet surfaces

3.    Clean and polish mirrors, frames and all bright work

4.    Wipe down toilet seats, toilet bowls, plumbing fixtures, handles and pipes

5.    Dust and spot clean partitions, partitions doors, hardware ledges and walls

6.    Sweep and wet mop floors

C)   Kitchen:

1.    Clean and disinfect counters, appliances, light dishwashing

2.    Empty and clean trash receptacles and replace liners

3.    Clean refrigerator inside and outside ( weekly or as needed)

4.    Clean coffee maker each visit

D)   Monthly:

1.    Perform all high lever dusting and cleaning of all vents, pipes, light fixtures, picture frames, partition tops, ledges and windowsills

2.    Dust all surface above normal reach including cobwebs

3.    Remove fingerprints and marks from around light switches and doorframes
